a.Take a digital photo
 
b.Print it out on sublimation paper with sublimation ink in your printer
 
c.Cut the paper image to about 3" x 8" size
 
d.Wrap the image facing in the sublimation coated mug
 
e.Place the mug in the mug press cup holder
 
f.Set temperature to 200 C
 
g.Set the desired time (varies from 45 sec. to 2 minutes. Longer time leads to darker impression)
 
h.Take the mug out when timer buzz
