Brief Introduction:
Heat sealer machine is special designed for sealing bags filled with flour, grain, fertilizer, feed, chemicals, seed, coffee, sugar, salt, pet food, minerals and hundreds of other products.
Features:
1.The heat sealer machine adopts continuous input type sewing machine to realize sewing and conveying synchronously. It is equipped with automatic thread cutting mechanism and broken thread warning device.
2.The heat sealer machine uses an electromagnetic clutch to control the operation and braking of the sewing machine, which is accurate in positioning and can avoid damage to the motor due to frequent starting.
3.The bag heat sealing machine automatically controls the pneumatic mechanism to realize the traction and cutting of the paper tape, the action is stable and reliable, and there is an alarm device for broken tape and missing tape.
4.The bag heat sealing machine adopts a microcomputer control system to precisely control the temperature of the heating mechanism to realize the heat sealing of the hot melt paper tape and make the bag mouth sealed reliably.

Heat Sealing and Suturing Workflow：
Bag mouth cleaning (alternative)→Hot Sealing of Inner Bag (Heating by three Groups of Heating Blocks)→Press roll bonding→Cutting knife: repairing pocket opening→Wrinkled paper tape→Sewing Machine: Outer Bag Sewing
Sample bag type:
Single or multi-layer paper bag lined with PE film bag. PE film Sealing and outer layer is heat sealed with hot melt adhesive
